Perhaps, the reason there will be surprises in heaven is because on earth we are quick to think that true believers are only those who meet up with our own religious standards and denominational requirements, those who dress, talk, look, and go to the same places we go. But don’t get it twisted, the idea of Jesus, his Love, his Standards may be greater than what is obtainable in your ministry.
Don’t be surprised if you meet that lady whose skirt is shorter than yours, or that guy who does his laundry on Sunday morning in the same heaven with you. You have no idea what transpires between others and God.
He is the Saviour of the whole world not just your church. And he loves every other person, even sinners, just as much as he loves you.
Don’t let your heart be troubled.
